Corporate Participant definition

Corporate Participant means a Participant whose Award is determined based on the performance of Leggett.
Corporate Participant means a Participant whose Award is determined based on the Company’s consolidated business results.
Corporate Participant means a person whose annual Subscription Fee and/or Transaction fees may be paid to RCI by an entity or organization with which RCI has a contractual agreement to offer the Program. Unless expressly indicated otherwise, all references to “Member” or “RCI Weeks Subscribing Member” shall include a Corporate Participant.

Examples of Corporate Participant in a sentence

  • The Committee will determine the Participants, designating each as either a Corporate Participant or a Profit Center Participant, before or during the applicable Performance Period.

  • No Corporate Participant may earn any Award if the Company shall, during the course of the Year, default in the payment of principal or interest when due under any note, debenture or other instrument evidencing borrowed money, which default is not cured within the applicable cure period.

  • The Payment Amount for a Corporate Participant shall be determined using Table B, as is more fully described in Section 3 hereof.

More Definitions of Corporate Participant

Corporate Participant means any employee of the Corporation or any of its Affiliates, other than an employee of MIL, who is selected by the Committee to receive an Award.
