Corrective Measures Implementation definition

Corrective Measures Implementation or “CMI” means the design, construction, operation, maintenance, and monitoring of the remedy selected following preparation of a CME and Statement of Basis.
Corrective Measures Implementation means those activities to be undertaken by the Respondent to carry out the final plans and specifications for the Work pursuant to the appropriate Scope(s) of Work.
