Council Fees and Charges means the statement of the Shire of Wickepin Fees and Charges as set annually;

  • Additional waste bins supplied and / or serviced by Newcastle City Council will be charged to the Licensee at the applicable Council rates as set out in the Newcastle City Council Fees and Charges.

Related to Council Fees and Charges

  • Fees means all amounts payable pursuant to, or referred to in, Section 4.1.

  • Costs and fees means all reasonable pre-award expenses of the arbitration, including the arbitrators' fees, administrative fees, travel expenses, out-of-pocket expenses such as copying and telephone, court costs, witness fees and attorney's fees. Upon the request of a party, the arbitrators' award shall include findings of fact and conclusion of law. The arbitrators shall provide copies of such award to the parties. Any award may be entered by the prevailing party in any court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Charges shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.09.

  • Value Added Taxes means such sum as shall be levied upon amounts payable to the Consultant under this Contract by any Governmental Authority that is computed as a percentage of the amounts payable to the Consultant (including all other Taxes but excluding Value Added Taxes), and includes the HST, and any similar tax, the payment or collection of which, by the legislation imposing such tax, is an obligation of the Consultant.

  • Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.

  • Service Costs has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.01.
