Covered Dependents definition

Covered Dependents has the meaning set forth in Section 4(e).
Covered Dependents means the spouse of a Covered Retiree, and any dependent children of the Covered Retiree who reside with the Covered Retiree and are under the age of twenty six (26); provided, however, that a person who qualifies as a Covered Dependent shall cease to be a Covered Dependent upon the death of the Covered Retiree.
Covered Dependents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(c).

  • Coinsurance is the percentage of Covered charges that you and your Covered Dependents must pay directly to the In-network Practitioner/Provider for Covered Services after the Annual Contract Year Deductible has been met.

  • Upon the loss of a Subscriber’s eligibility for coverage due to termination of employment, coverage for the Subscriber and the Subscriber’s Covered Dependents will terminate on the last day of the Subscriber’s employment, or the last day of the month for which the monthly Premium was paid and during which the Subscriber was eligible for coverage, as set forth in the Group Master Application.

Covered Dependents means those individuals other than a Covered Employee who are entitled to receive benefits under the Benefit Plan by virtue of their relationship with the Covered Employee.
