Covered Retiree definition

Covered Retiree means a Retiree who has established, and continues to maintain, eligibility under this Plan.

Covered Retiree means a Retired Participant who has completed at least ten (10) Years of Vesting Service on his Normal Retirement Date or date of eligibility for early retirement. In no event shall a Covered Retiree include a person not covered under the EG&G Technical Services, Inc. Retiree Health Plan, or a person who is or ever was a Key Employee.

Covered Retiree has the meaning specified in Section 3.1(g).

Examples of Covered Retiree in a sentence

• The eligible Dependent Spouse of a deceased Covered Employee or Covered Retiree, who, at the time of the Covered Employee’s or Covered Retiree’s death, was enrolled in the Plan as a Dependent Spouse.

• The surviving eligible Child of a deceased Covered Employee or Covered Retiree, who, at the time of theCovered Employee’s or Covered Retiree’s death, was enrolled in the Plan as a Dependent Child.

• The Covered Retiree fails to make premium payments on a timely basis in the prescribed amount.

• The appearance of a Child’s name on an Enrollment Card will not automatically qualify the Child as a Dependent of a Covered Employee, Covered Retiree or Domestic Partner.

• The Trustees reserve the right to deny for any reason(s) the request for requalification from any previously Covered Retiree whose coverage was terminated due to non-payment of premium.

More Definitions of Covered Retiree

Covered Retiree means a former employee under the age of 65 who has retired from the Company who meets all of the applicable requirements of the Plan and is enrolled in the Plan.

Covered Retiree means a Retiree who is receiving a monthly retirement allowance from OCERS, who meets the coverage and participation requirements set forth in Sections 3.1 and 3.2 hereof and whose coverage has not been terminated under Section 3.3 hereof.

Covered Retiree means a Retiree who is or had been enrolled in a Health Benefit Option.”

Covered Retiree means an Eligible Retiree, who continues to meet all applicable eligibility requirements described in the Evidence of Coverage and who is enrolled, and actually covered, under the Agreement other than as a Covered Dependent. Effective Date for the Group means 12:01 a.m. on the date specified on the last page of this Agreement and for Covered Persons means 12:01 a.m. on the date coverage will begin as specified in the Evidence of Coverage.

Covered Retiree means a Retiree or Former Employee who is providedcoverage under the HRA due to his performance of services for the Employer.

Covered Retiree means an Eligible Retiree who is enrolled in Pre-65 HRA Coverage, Pre-65 Disability HRA Coverage or Post-65 HRA Coverage under the HRA.

Covered Retiree means a Covered Employee whose Retirement from the employ of Hubbell is on or after January 1, 2005.
