Each Participating Employer shall provide to the Trustees, or, at the Trustees' direction, to the Third Party Administrator, the data with respect to each Participant, PVP Covered Retiree and PVP Voluntary Plan Retiree, and each Retired Employee covered by a Participation Agreement as set out in Schedule "G" in the manner and in the formats and at the time or times required by Schedule "G".
If an associate is enrolled in the EPO Option at the time of retirement and is eligible for retiree medical coverage under the VMEP for Post-1989 Retirees, the Covered Retiree and/or his or her eligible dependent(s) may remain continuously enrolled in the EPO Option provided that such individuals remain continuously eligible for the VMEP for Post-1989 Retirees and enrolled in the EPO Option and are not Medicare-eligible.
