Covered Television Product means any Television Product that has been (or is intended to be) produced, acquired or co-financed by a Credit Party which: (i) is scheduled to be Completed no later than the Maturity Date, (ii) is expected to have dialogue predominately in the English language, (iii) is expected to be comprised of traditional half-hour or one-hour episodes, and (iv) either (A) is subject to an Approved Co-Financing Agreement with a Major Studio, or (B) the applicable Credit Party either (1) owns a share of the copyright and distribution rights of such Television Product at least in proportion to such Credit Party’s contribution to the Direct Negative Costs of such Television Product (either directly or through a special purpose vehicle approved pursuant to Section 5.11(b) below); or (2) obtains a first priority perfected security interest in the copyright and distribution rights from the applicable Approved Co-Financier subject to a Co-Financing Intercreditor Agreement.

Related to Covered Television Product

  • Covered Product The consumer product that You purchased concurrently with and is covered by this Agreement.

  • Licensed Product means any pharmaceutical product that contains a Licensed Compound, either alone or with one or more other pharmaceutical ingredients, and including all formulations, line extensions and modes of administration thereof.

  • Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.

  • Combination Product means any combination of the Product with one (1) or more other active ingredients, products or services that is not the Product, where such products are sold either as a fixed dose/unit or as separate doses/units in a single package for a single price.

  • Free product means a contaminant that is present as a non-aqueous phase liquid for chemicals whose melting point is less than 30° C (e.g., liquid not dissolved in water).

  • Royalty Product means, either (a) an Alnylam Royalty Product, or (b) an Inex Royalty Product.

  • Licensed Services means all functions performed by the Licensed System.

  • Company Product means each product or product candidate that is being researched, tested, developed, commercialized, manufactured, sold or distributed by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Edible cannabis product means cannabis product that is intended to be used, in whole or in part, for human consumption, including, but not limited to, chewing gum, but excluding products set forth in Division 15 (commencing with Section 32501) of the Food and Agricultural Code. An edible cannabis product is not considered food, as defined by Section 109935 of the Health and Safety Code, or a drug, as defined by Section 109925 of the Health and Safety Code.
