Major Studio means Sony Pictures Entertainment, Universal Studios, Twentieth Century Fox, The Xxxx Disney Company, DreamWorks SKG, Paramount Pictures, Metro-Xxxxxxx-Xxxxx, and Warner Bros., and any of their respective motion picture production and distribution affiliates.

Major Studio means each of the following studios and its primary U.S. distribution Subsidiary, or any other subsidiary so long as its performance is guaranteed by such studio or its primary U.S. distribution Subsidiary: (i) Paramount Pictures Corporation, (ii) Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation, (iii) Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., (iv) Xxxx Disney Motion Pictures Group, Inc., (v) Warner Bros. Appropriate copyright notices shall at all times accompany all Advertising Materials. Any promotion or advertising via the Internet is subject to the terms and conditions of the Internet Promotion Policy attached hereto as Schedule E. The names and likenesses of the characters, persons and other entities appearing in or connected with the production of Included Programs shall not be used separate and apart from the Advertising Materials which will be used solely for the purpose of advertising the exhibition of such Included Programs on the Licensed Service, and no such name or likeness shall be used so as to constitute an endorsement or testimonial, express or implied, of any party, product or service, by “commercial tie-in” or otherwise. Licensee shall not use Licensor’s name or logo or any Included Program or any part of any Included Program as an endorsement or testimonial, express or implied, by Licensor, for any party, product or service including Licensee or any program service or other service provided by Licensee.
