Such trees shall be limbed to a stem diameter outside bark of approximately 3 inches, at which point the top shall be cut from the remainder of the stem, and shall be bucked into lengths not exceeding 20 feet. No slash, brush, or other vegetative debris shall be buried in or under berms created in the construction of firelines.
