Unless the Contract says otherwise, Xxxxxxx will deliver the Goods, Documentation and Software from its, its Affiliate’s or third party’s factory or warehouse (the point of delivery), Carriage Paid To (CPT) the place of destination named in the Contract (Incoterms® latest version).
