Credentialing Criteria means Health Plan’s criteria for the credentialing or re- credentialing of Providers.

Credentialing Criteria means criteria which may be established by a Payor, IGS or third party for the credentialing and re-credentialing of Participating Providers, and which may be amended by them from time to time.

The Independent Directors of a Regulated Fund may at any time rescind, suspend or qualify their approval of any Board-Established Criteria, though Applicants anticipate that, under normal circumstances, the Board would not modify these criteria more often than quarterly.

  • Criteria means one of the eight (8) state defined categories to be scored.

  • Compliance schedule means a schedule of events, by date, which will result in compliance with these regulations.
