Credit Card Receivable definition

Credit Card Receivable means Obligor Payments that are made via credit card with respect to an Eligible Solar Loan.

Credit Card Receivable means a right to receive payment arising from a sale of merchandise or service by the Borrower or CPS pursuant to an arrangement with any Obligor pursuant to which such Obligor is obligated to pay for merchandise or service under a credit plan that permits the purchase of such merchandise and services on credit, and includes the right to payment of any interest or finance charges and other obligations of such Obligor with respect thereto.
Credit Card Receivable means, with respect to each Account, 100% of the right to receive payments from the related Obligor under the applicable Account Agreements and title thereto acquired from an Account Owner pursuant to the First Electronic Program Agreements or any Additional Bank Partner Originator Program Agreements.
Credit Card Receivable means each Payment Intangible, together with all income, payments and proceeds thereof, owed by a Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor to a Loan Party resulting from charges by a customer of a Loan Party on credit or debit cards issued by such Credit Card Issuer in connection with the sale of Inventory by a Loan Party, or services performed by a Loan Party.

Credit Card Receivable or “Credit Card Receivables” means, collectively, each Account, together with all income, payments and proceeds thereof, owed to Borrower from any Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor arising from the sale of goods or Inventory or the performance of services by Borrower to customers who have purchased such goods, Inventory or services using a credit or debit card, including, without limitation, all amounts at any time due or to become due from any Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor under each Credit Card Agreement or otherwise.
Credit Card Receivable means "Receivables" as defined in the Converted Accounts Agreement. A Credit Card Receivable shall not include any rights in and to the underlying credit card account.
Credit Card Receivable means an indebtedness of any Person to any Seller and any right of any Seller to payment from or on behalf of such Person whether constituting an account, chattel paper, investment or general intangible, arising in connection with the sale of goods or the rendering of services by such Seller, including the right to payment of any interest, fees, finance charges or late payment charges and other obligations of such Person with respect thereto, which indebtedness may be paid by such Person to such Seller through the use of a credit card.
