Credit Documentation definition

Credit Documentation has the meaning set forth in Section 9.15.
Credit Documentation. (as defined in the LSTA Standard Terms and Conditions) shall be provided by the Seller to the Issuer; and (c) “Assignment” (as defined in the LSTA Standard Terms and Conditions) shall apply unless a consent to the related Transaction is not timely obtained to permit consummation of such Assignment on or before the related settlement date, in which case the Transaction shall be settled by a Participation with Elevation applicable thereto.
