Credit Underwriting Documents definition

Credit Underwriting Documents means all material credit memos, credit analyses, loan review reports and other material memoranda, reports or forms in connection with Seller’s underwriting and approval of a Loan.
Credit Underwriting Documents has the meaning given that term in Section 7.15(a).
Credit Underwriting Documents means those items set forth in Exhibit H.

  • For a period of twelve (12) months following the Closing, the Purchaser may put back, or cause the Seller to repurchase, at par, any Loan having a balance of greater than $50,000 if the enforceability of the Loan has been substantially impaired because of documentation errors (excluding with respect to the Credit Underwriting Documents) on the part of Seller (a “Documentation Put”).

Related to Credit Underwriting Documents

  • Supporting Documents means all documents and information reasonably requested by the Bank in connection with the opening and operation of any Account, the execution of any Transaction and the provision of any Related Service, including:

  • Credit Agreement Documents means the collective reference to any Credit Agreement, any notes issued pursuant thereto and the guarantees thereof, and the collateral documents relating thereto, as amended, supplemented, restated, renewed, refunded, replaced, restructured, repaid, refinanced or otherwise modified, in whole or in part, from time to time.

  • Investment Documents means, collectively, the Loan Documents and the Warrants.

  • Credit Facility Documents means the collective reference to any Credit Facility, any notes issued pursuant thereto and the guarantees thereof, and the collateral documents relating thereto, as amended, supplemented, restated, renewed, refunded, replaced, restructured, repaid, refinanced or otherwise modified, in whole or in part, from time to time.

  • Required Loan Documents means, for each Loan:

  • Offering Documents means the Canadian Offering Documents and the U.S. Offering Documents;

  • Restructuring Documents means, collectively, the documents and agreements (and the exhibits, schedules, annexes and supplements thereto) necessary to implement, or entered into in connection with, this Plan, including, without limitation, the Plan Supplement, the Exhibits, the Plan Schedules, the Amended/New Organizational Documents, the Exit Facility Loan Documents, and the Plan Securities and Documents.

  • Underwriting Agreement means the underwriting agreement, dated as of _________, 2024, among the Company and Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Capital Group LLC as representative of the underwriters named therein, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with its terms.

  • Local Facility Agreements means any agreement under which a Local Facility is made available.

  • Credit Facility Agreement means any agreement pursuant to which a Credit Facility Issuer issues a Credit Facility.

  • Bridge Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Bridge Credit Agreement.

  • Amendment Documents means this Amendment, the Credit Agreement (as amended by this Amendment), and each certificate and other document executed and delivered by the Borrowers pursuant to Section 5 hereof.

  • Facility Documents means this Agreement, the Notes, the Account Control Agreement, the Sale Agreement, the Administrative Agent Fee Letter, the Lender Fee Letter, the Collateral Administration and Agency Fee Letter and any other security agreements and other instruments entered into or delivered by or on behalf of the Borrower in favor of the Collateral Agent, the Administrative Agent or any Lender from time to time pursuant to this Agreement.

  • LC Documents means the Letters of Credit and all applications, agreements and instruments relating to the Letters of Credit.

  • Equity Line Transaction Documents means this Agreement and the Registration Rights Agreement.

  • Original Loan Documents means the "Loan Documents" as defined in the Original Credit Agreement.

  • Transaction Security Documents means each of the documents listed as being a Transaction Security Document in paragraph 2(e) of Part I of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) of the 2009 Financing Agreement and any document required to be delivered to the Administrative Agent under paragraph 3(d) of Part II of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) of the 2009 Financing Agreement together with any other document entered into by any Obligor creating or expressed to create any Security over all or any part of its assets in respect of the obligations of any of the Obligors under any of the Finance Documents (and any other Debt Documents).

  • Bidding Documents means the set of Bidding Documents that preceded the placement of the Contract of which these GCC form a part, which were sold or issued by the Purchaser to potential Bidders, and in which the specifications, terms and conditions of the proposed procurement were prescribed.

  • Refinancing Documents means each of the agreements, documents and instruments entered into in connection with the Refinancing.

  • Senior Loan Documents means the loan agreement between Borrower and Senior Creditor and any other agreement, security agreement, document, promissory note, UCC financing statement, or instrument executed by Borrower in favor of Senior Creditor pursuant to or in connection with the Senior Debt or the loan agreement, as the same may from time to time be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.
