Credit Underwriting Report means the report that is a product of Credit Underwriting.

Credit Underwriting Report means a report for a particular Development that is produced by the Credit Underwriter designated by Florida Housing and includes a thorough analysis of the proposed Development and a statement as to whether a loan is recommended, and if so, the amount recommended.
