Credit Underwriting Report definition

Credit Underwriting Report means the report that is a product of Credit Underwriting.
Credit Underwriting Report means a report for a particular Development that is produced by the Credit Underwriter designated by Florida Housing and includes a thorough analysis of the proposed Development and a statement as to whether a loan is recommended, and if so, the amount recommended. The Credit Underwriter or Florida Housing may request such additional information as is necessary to properly analyze the credit risk being presented to Florida Housing and the bondholders. The Applicant shall pay the cost of such Ccredit Uunderwriting in addition to any other fees payable to Florida Housing in conjunction with the Application and Program financing.
Credit Underwriting Report means the Housing Finance Authority of Pinellas County, Florida Credit Underwriting Report dated December , 2017 prepared by First Housing.
