Creditor Representatives definition

Creditor Representatives means the creditor representatives named in and parties to the Intercreditor Agreement with respect to the Existing Senior Notes and the Credit Facilities and, from and after the date of issuance of the Notes, the Trustee as Creditor Representative for the holders of the Notes.
Creditor Representatives means Representatives of the Professionals.
Creditor Representatives means the First Lien Agent, the Second Lien Agent and Metals Bank.

More Definitions of Creditor Representatives

Creditor Representatives means the creditor representatives named in and parties to the Intercreditor Agreement with respect to the Existing Senior Notes and the Credit Facility and, from and after the date of issuance of the Notes, the Trustee as Creditor Representative for the Holders of the Notes.
Creditor Representatives means, collectively, the Facility Administrative Agent, the Intercreditor Agent, the Collateral Agents, the Note Trustee (acting at the direction of the appropriate Persons pursuant to the terms of the Note Indenture) and the Offshore Depositary Bank.
Creditor Representatives means WorldCom, as representative of Addtel, the Indenture Trustee, as representative of STEL, and U.S.West, as representative of USC, with respect to the investigation of the Intercompany Claims and the Substantive consolidation of the Debtors' Estates and related issues and the negotiation of the Inter-Debtor Settlement Agreement.

Related to Creditor Representatives

  • Creditor Representative means, with respect to Series 2023-5, the Indenture Trustee.

  • Investor Representative has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.1(a).

  • Designated Senior Representative means (i) if at any time there is only one Senior Representative for a Senior Facility with respect to which the Discharge of Senior Obligations has not occurred, such Senior Representative and (ii) at any time when clause (i) does not apply, the Applicable Authorized Representative (as defined in the First Lien Intercreditor Agreement) at such time.

  • Creditor Parties means, collectively, the Administrative Agent, the Lenders, the L/C Issuers, the Swap Banks, and each co-agent or sub-agent appointed by the Administrative Agent from time to time pursuant to Section 9.05, and the other Persons to whom the Obligations are owing.

Area: The lands in a described geographic area that are managed and/or protected by the Parties within this Agreement.

  • Second Lien Administrative Agent means the “Administrative Agent” as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement.

  • Authorised Representatives means the duly authorised officers, directors, employees etc of either Party as recorded in Annex C;

  • Senior Lender means each holder of a Senior Note.

  • Issuer Representative means the person or persons at the time designated to act on behalf of the Issuer by written certificate furnished to the Company and the Trustee containing the specimen signatures of such person or persons and signed on behalf of the Issuer by its duly authorized agent. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates.

  • Designated Second Priority Representative means (i) the Initial Second Priority Representative, until such time as the Second Priority Debt Facility under the Initial Second Priority Debt Documents ceases to be the only Second Priority Debt Facility under this Agreement and (ii) thereafter, the Second Priority Representative designated from time to time by the Second Priority Instructing Group, in a notice to the Designated Senior Representative and the Company hereunder, as the “Designated Second Priority Representative” for purposes hereof.

  • Senior Agent means the Person acting as agent from time to time for and on behalf of the Senior Lenders under the Credit Facility, together with its successors and assigns in such capacity.

  • Owner Representative means that Person or Persons designated by Owner in a written notice to Contractor who shall have complete authority to act on behalf of Owner on all matters pertaining to the Work, including giving instructions and making changes in the Work. The Owner Representative as of the Contract Date is designated in Section 4.9.

  • Note Holder Representative means a Controlling Note Holder Representative or a Non-Controlling Note Holder Representative, as applicable.

  • DIP Agent means the administrative agent for the DIP Lenders as defined in the DIP Credit Agreement.

  • Management Representative means an individual designated to hear grievances on behalf of the University.
