CSO Control Measures definition

CSO Control Measures means the construction, control measures, actions, and other activities set forth in Appendices 1 and 3 or any EPA and Ohio EPA approved modification of those items in Appendices 1 or 3.

CSO Control Measures means any physical and/or operational measures that are to be constructed, operated, or otherwise implemented, as set forth in the approved LTCP, to eliminate, reduce, mitigate, treat, or otherwise control the number, volume, duration, and frequency of CSO Discharges or otherwise eliminate, reduce, or control pollutant levels in CSO Discharges.

Examples of CSO Control Measures in a sentence

  • NEORSD currently estimates that the costs of implementing the CSO Control Measures set forth in Appendix 1 will be $2,996,000,000 (in 2009 dollars).

  • Based on these estimated costs, the Parties agree that the schedule for implementing the CSO Control Measures set forth in Appendix 1 is a reasonable and appropriate schedule based on the likelihood that the District’s ratepayers will incur a substantial financial impact.
