CSO Control Measures definition

CSO Control Measures means the construction, control measures, actions, and other activities set forth in Appendices 1 and 3 or any EPA and Ohio EPA approved modification of those items in Appendices 1 or 3.

Examples of CSO Control Measures in a sentence

  • By the date specified for Achievement of Full Operation of all CSO Control Measures as set forth in Appendix 1, (i) NEORSD’s remaining CSOs shall comply with NEORSD’s CSO Permit in effect at the time of any CSO discharge; and (ii) NEORSD shall have eliminated bypasses at its Easterly, Westerly, and Southerly WWTPs, or any remaining bypasses shall comply with NEORSD’s NPDES Permits that are applicable at the time of any such bypass.

  • Such schedule shall include a deadline that is as soon as possible but in no event later than October 15, 2028 for Achievement of Full Operation of all CSO Control Measures.

  • By no later than December 31, 2020, the Unified Government shall submit to EPA for review and approval in accordance with Section XII (Reporting, Certification and Approval of Submittals) of the Consent Decree, proposed CSO Control Measure(s) to reduce overflows at CSOs 14, 15, 16, 17, 19, 55 and 81 to no more than four to six overflows in the Design Year.
