Cukai bermakna cukai, levi, impos, duti, caj, xxxxx, sebarang bentuk potongan atau pegangan, semasa atau masa hadapan, Malaysia atau asing, yang dikenakan oleh Pihak berkuasa Berkenaan, termasuk tanpa had, sebarang tak penggunaan seperti cukai xxxxxxxx xxx perkhidmatan (“GST”) xxx sebarang cukai xxxx xxxx dinamakan, xxx sebarang faedah, denda atau penalti yang berkaitan dengannya;
