Current Employee Benefit Plan definition

Current Employee Benefit Plan means each Employee Benefit Plan that is currently sponsored, maintained, contributed to, or agreed to by Seller or any ERISA Affiliate or under which Seller or any ERISA Affiliate has any current or future obligations.
Current Employee Benefit Plan means each Employee Benefit Plan that is currently sponsored, maintained, contributed to, or agreed to by the Seller or any Commonly Controlled Entity or under which the Seller or any Commonly Controlled Entity has any current or future obligations.
