Current service area definition
Current service area means the area served by a solid waste treatment facility under a contract that is in effect on Janu- ary 1, 1993, and has a term of at least one year.
Current service area. Means the City of Williamsburg, the Bypass Road Service Area, and those areas outside the City of Williamsburg that are served by the Williamsburg water system as of the date of this Agreement and includes any infilling of customers in areas where service is now provided by Williamsburg.
