Custom Programs definition

Custom Programs means those projects associated with incentives that are not Standard Programs, including but not limited to: Custom, New Construction Lighting, and Feasibility Study. See 1.m) below for a list of Standard Programs.
Custom Programs has the meaning set forth in the definition of Software.
Custom Programs means any code developed by Metavante at Customer's request and paid for by Customer, and includes modifications to Programs.

More Definitions of Custom Programs

Custom Programs means those projects associated with incentives not listed in the Standard Programs (further defined in Section 1-I below, in these Terms and Conditions).
Custom Programs means those projects (including new construction projects) associated with incentives not listed in the Standard Programs.
Custom Programs means the application computer programs (including without limitation to source code, object and command code of such programs) to be written by the Contractor or its employees, agents or sub-contractors pursuant to Schedule xx of Part xx.
Custom Programs means Data Merge Language ("DML") programs developed by Personalized Programming, Inc., ("R&D") or developed by an authorized DML programmer for use exclusively with THE MEDICAL MANAGER software, approved by R&D, and licensed to Customer as described in Exhibit A.
Custom Programs are Live or Live Online Classes that are formed specifically for School’s Designated Students or is otherwise not available on xxxxxxx.xxx (a “Custom Program”). School may inquire about scheduling a Custom Program with Kaplan at which time a separate Custom Program SOW shall be provided with delivery details, minimum class requirements and cost. Kaplan shall work with School to accommodate School’s requested start date & schedule, however all scheduling decisions shall be made by Kaplan based on teacher availability and other reasonable considerations. Kaplan shall have sole discretion to postpone or cancel delivery of a Class. If School executes a Custom Program SOW for a Live Class at the School, School shall provide reasonable, safe, well maintained and appropriate facilities for the Custom Program at no cost to Kaplan. School shall be solely responsible for the security, management and safety of the facility.

  • Custom program means a computer program which is specifically designed and developed only for

  • Educational program means a program for educating and preparing physician assistants which is approved by the board.

  • Customizations means those features, functions, interfaces or other aspects of the Contractor Customized Software that have been specifically developed or customized for District. Contractor Customized Software will include any and all bug fixes and other nonmaterial revisions to Contractor Customized Software, regardless of whether District has funded such bug fixes or other revisions.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Wellness program means a program offered by an employer that is designed to promote health or

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.

  • Affordable housing program(s means any mechanism in a municipal Fair Share Plan prepared or implemented to address a municipality’s fair share obligation.

  • Support Services Policy means Elastic’s support services policy for a Product, as further described at a URL referenced in an applicable Addendum.

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and
