Customer Components definition

Customer Components means everything needed by the Customer to access and use the Cloud Platform, including without limitation hardware, routers, VPN’s firewalls software and other products not specifically included in the Services.
Customer Components means the hardware, software, other products, and other Content including, without limitation, those specified in a SOW as being provided by Customer.
Customer Components means the hardware, software and other products, data and Content that Customer provides, including those specified in Service Option Attachments.

Examples of Customer Components in a sentence

  • Customer is solely responsible for the selection, operation and maintenance of all Customer Components.

  • Customer will be able to use the Services by establishing integrations or other connections to one or more Customer Components (each, a “Connection”).

  • Risk of loss for all Customer Components shall at all times remain with Customer.

  • In no event shall providers of Customer Components be deemed Ordinary Course Providers for any purpose under this Agreement.

  • With respect to any confidential information contained in or traveling through the e-business Hosting Environment or Customer Components, as is contemplated herein, the provisions of Sections 5, 8, and 9 herein will prevail to the extent of any inconsistent provisions in the confidentiality agreement.

  • Customer is responsible for ensuring that the access, use, and interoperation of Customer Components with the Services complies with all terms, policies and licenses applicable to the Customer Components and associated data and the Connections (collectively, “Customer Component Terms”).


More Definitions of Customer Components

Customer Components means the hardware, software and other products, data and Content that Customer provides, including those specified in Addendums;
Customer Components means the components of the System for which Customer has responsibility and control, as more particularly described in Exhibit H.4 of Schedule H.
Customer Components means Customer’s hardware, software, or other computing devices whether owned, leased or licensed by Customer, located on Customer’s premises or cloud-based, used by Customer on a software-as-a-service basis or otherwise.
Customer Components means such of the Components as are delivered to the Customer;
Customer Components means the hardware, software, other products, and other Content including, without limitation, those specified in an OA as being provided by Customer. “Customer Data” means all data and information about Customer’s business(es), customer’s employees, operations, facilities, products, markets, assets, or finances that Tech Heads obtains, creates, generates, collects or processes in connection with its performance of Services.

Related to Customer Components

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Customer Content means all data, text, images, sounds, computer programs, photographs, pictures, illustrations, designs, icons, articles, audio clips, trademarks, logos, and video clips and any other information that is uploaded by or for the Customer in connection with use of the Services, and is owned by the Customer and/or Users including invitees of the Customer.

  • Supplier Software software which is proprietary to the Supplier (or an Affiliate of the Supplier) and which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Services, including the software specified as such in Schedule 5 (Software);

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • service supplier means any person that supplies a service;

  • Customer Group means the Customer and where the Customer is a company, its holding company (if any) and their respective subsidiaries from time to time;

  • Original component manufacturer means an organization that designs and/or engineers a part and is entitled to any intellectual property rights to that part.

  • Customer-generator means a user of a net metering system.

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order: (a) the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, the Program Documentation, the Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement described in this Schedule C; (b) Oracle’s privacy policies; and (c) any other Oracle documents that are referenced in or incorporated into Your order. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired in Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies and Program Documentation. The following do not apply to any Oracle Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement.

  • Consumables means where the context permits, Digital Print Consumables, Inkjet Printing System Consumables and Prepress Consumables.
