Customer Dependencies definition

Customer Dependencies means the customer dependencies as described in the relevant schedule to the Agreement, pursuant to which Service Provider’s provision of the Services and meeting of Service Levels are subject to.
Customer Dependencies means the obligations of the Customer in relation to the provision of information, advice or assistance and which are required in order to enable the delivery of the Deliverables and/or Services by the Service Provider, and which is identified as a Customer Dependency in Schedule 4 (Customer Dependencies). Customer Equipment has the meaning given to it in clause 13.1 (Equipment and Software). Customer Group means each of the UK Customer, US Customer and Bermuda Customer and their Affiliates and, with respect to the receipt of Services hereunder by the Customer Group to be provided for the benefit of the Customer Group clients (but not the right to call off Services pursuant to this Agreement), the Customer’s or the Customer’s Affiliates’ third party service providers and Related Parties (and their third party service providers). For the avoidance of doubt this definition shall not include any competitor of the Service Provider.
Customer Dependencies means the Customer responsibilities and dependencies set out in the applicable SOW.

Examples of Customer Dependencies in a sentence

  • The Customer shall perform or procure the performance of the Customer Dependencies in a manner which ensures Darktrace is not delayed from performing its obligations in accordance with this Agreement.

More Definitions of Customer Dependencies

Customer Dependencies has the meaning given to it in Section 7 (Customer Dependencies).
Customer Dependencies means the actions or information to be performed or delivered by Customer as set out in this Agreement, in a Statement of Work, or as a matter of practicality clearly required to be performed by Customer.

Related to Customer Dependencies

  • Service Animal means an animal that is required by a person with a disability for assistance and is certified, in writing, as having been trained by a professional service animal institution to assist a person with a disability and which is properly harnessed in accordance with standards established by a professional service animal institution.

  • Service Switching Point (SSP) is a telephone central office switch equipped with a Signaling System 7 (SS7) interface.

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • COVID-19 symptoms means fever of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea, unless a licensed health care professional determines the person’s symptoms were caused by a known condition other than COVID-19.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

The CABS document is published by Telcordia in Volumes 1, 1A, 2, 3, 3A, 4 and 5 as Special Reports SR-OPT-001868, SR-OPT-0011869, SR-OPT-001871, SR-OPT- 001872, SR-OPT-001873, SR-OPT-001874, and SR-OPT-001875, respectively, and contains the recommended guidelines for the billing of access and other connectivity services. Sprint’s carrier access billing system is its Carrier Access Support System (CASS). CASS mirrors the requirements of CABS.

  • Diagnosis means the definition of the nature of the Client's disorder. When formulating the Diagnosis of Client, CONTRACTOR shall use the diagnostic codes and axes as specified in the most current edition of the DSM published by the American Psychiatric Association. DSM diagnoses will be recorded on all IRIS documents, as appropriate.

  • Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Toll Billing Exception Service (TBE means a service that allows End Users to restrict third number billing or collect calls to their lines.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Continuous parameter monitoring system (CPMS means all of the equipment necessary to meet the data acquisition and availability requirements of the Prevention of Significant Deterioration program, to monitor process and control device operational parameters (for example, control device secondary voltages and electric currents) and other information (for example, gas flow rate, O2 or CO2 concentrations), and to record average operational parameter value(s) on a continuous basis.
