The Legacy Standard Contractual Clauses will only apply to UK Customer Data that is transferred, either directly or via onward transfer, to any UK Third Country (each a “UK Data Transfer”).
For the avoidance of doubt however this Agreement may be amended or rescinded by agreement between the Parties (and the UK Customer acting on behalf of the US Customer and Bermuda Customer) without the consent of any third party.
