Customer Operating Instructions or "Merchant Operating Instructions" mean any instructions, guidance or manuals made available by us at: • xxxx://xxx. • xxxx://xxx./ that include information and requirements relating to the Scheme Rules and the Services, as amended from time to time;
Customer Operating Instructions means the operating instructions and guidelines as communicated to the Merchant by winopay from time to time. Data: documents, data and records of any kind relating to Transactions, Chargebacks, Re-presented Transactions, Retro-Charge or Refunds (including, for the avoidance of doubt, data relating to Cards and Buyers) and shall include Transaction Personal Data and Sensitive Authentication Data.

  • Such adjustments may result in changes to the Customer Operating Instructions and are not subject to prior written notice or any right of termination under clause 22.3. If such adjustments or changes lead to a change in software, interfaces or operating procedures, we shall notify you as soon as reasonably practicable prior to the implementation of such adjustments or changes.

  • If you agreed to make a refund you shall process the refund in accordance with the Customer Operating Instructions and any applicable operating instructions for the POS terminal.

  • Only transactions processed by POS terminals, payment gateway and/or software with a certificate of compliance with EVO systems and processed by you in accordance with the terms set forth herein and in the manner provided in the Customer Operating Instructions constitute the basis to settle sums due to you for delivered goods and services.

  • Such communications may include notification of changes to the Customer Operating Instructions or Network Rules, or new or replacement products or services in connection with the Services.

  • Clauses 3 and 6 Customer Operating Instructions USE OF THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS Where you use hardware, software or services provided by a third party in connection with any Service we provide you under this Agreement, you will be solely responsible for ensuring that both you and the third party maintain the compatibility and compliance of such products with (a) any relevant data security or other payments standards and (b) the Services we provide.

Related to Customer Operating Instructions

  • Operating Instructions means the operating procedures, steps, and instructions for the operation of the Interconnection Facilities established from time to time by the Coordination Committee or the PJM and NYISO individual procedures and processes and includes changes from time to time by the Coordination Committee to such established procedures, steps and instructions exclusive of the individual procedures.

  • Supplier Operations means all assets, processes and systems (including information systems), data (including Customer data), personnel, and sites, used or processed by Supplier from time to time in the performance of this Agreement.
