Customer Privacy Notice means the data protection notice, which can be found at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx. xx.xx/xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxx/ and in the policy wording booklet of the relevant Product, and which is updated periodically, to be used at the point of collection of any Customer Data, such collection being in electronic or manual form (as applicable);

Examples of Customer Privacy Notice in a sentence

  • By using the Subscription Services, Customer and each User acknowledge that the Customer Data will be processed in accordance with both the Customer Privacy Notice and this Agreement and may be processed in a country where it was collected, as well as in countries where privacy laws may be different or less stringent, provided KnowBe4 ensures compliance with applicable data protection laws.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Customer Data access may be provided: (a) to KnowBe4 and other personnel to the extent necessary to provide the Subscription Services, Professional Services, and Support Services; (b) as compelled by law; (c) as set forth in the Customer Privacy Notice; or (d) as expressly permitted by Customer.

  • The collection, use, and disclosure of Customer Data in connection with Customer’s use of the Subscription Services is subject to the Customer Privacy Notice.

  • Customer grants KnowBe4 a non-exclusive, world-wide, royalty-free license to use data and other information including, but not limited to, Personal Data processed or stored through the Subscription Services by Customer or on behalf of Customer (“Customer Data”): (a) in accordance with this Agreement; (b) in accordance with the Customer Privacy Notice; (c) for the provision of the Subscription Services including any Professional Services and Support Services; and/or (d) as may be required by law.

  • Privacy Notice means Sage’s privacy notice posted on xxx.xxxx.xxx (or such other URL as Sage may notify to you) and which may be amended by Sage from time to time.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Customer Application means a software program in Object Code format that Customer has created and which integrates, in whole or in part, Value Added Technology, a Source Code Output File and/or a Binary Output File.

  • New Service Customers means all customers that submit an Interconnection Request, a Completed Application, or an Upgrade Request that is pending in the New Services Queue.

  • Privacy Shield means the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework self-certification program operated by the U.S. Department of Commerce and approved by the European Commission pursuant to Decision C(2016)4176 of 12 July 2016 and by the Swiss Federal Council on January 11, 2017 respectively.

  • Customer information systems means any methods used to access, collect, store, use, transmit, protect, or dispose of customer in- formation.

  • Customer Content means custom code, text, images, audio, video, data, media content, features, databases, information, programs, files and other content created, generated, uploaded, stored, transmitted or otherwise used by the Customer or an End User in or through the Customer Applications or in connection with the Services.

  • Privacy Statement means any and all of the Company's privacy policies published on its web site or otherwise provided to users of the Company's products and services or the Company's data subjects regarding the collection, use and distribution of personal information from visitors to its web site, consumers of its products and services and/or the Company's data subjects, as applicable;

  • Customer Account Information means personally identifiable information including Personal Data and Consumption Data. Customer Account Information also includes information received by the Company from the customer for purposes of participating in regulated utility programs, including, but not limited to bill pay assistance, shutoff protection, renewable energy, demand-side management, load management, or energy efficiency.

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.

  • flight information service means a service provided for the purpose of giving advice and information useful for the safe and efficient conduct of flights;

  • Customer Group means Customer and any of its Affiliates established and/or doing business in the EEA, or United Kingdom;

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Company Privacy Policies means all current and, to the extent applicable, prior public or internal policies, procedures and representations of the Company or its Subsidiaries to the extent relating to data security or the Processing of Personally Identifiable Information, including the Data Protection Program.

  • Network User means each natural or legal person having concluded a Standard Transmission Agreement with the TSO for Transmission Services in the Transmission Grid.

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Data Log means a complete record of all Data Interchanged representing the Messages and their Associated Data between the parties;
