Customer Satisfaction Survey Date definition

Customer Satisfaction Survey Date means the quarterly dates upon which the Customer Satisfaction Survey shall be undertaken, commencing on the 24th December 2015 and then occurring every third month thereafter throughout the Term;
Customer Satisfaction Survey Date means the rolling date 12 months after completion of implementation in each year of the Term.
Customer Satisfaction Survey Date means the Anniversary of the Commencement Date in each year of the Term

  • Contracting Body Satisfaction Survey shall have the meaning set out in Clause 18.1;

  • Condition Satisfaction Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.

  • Review Satisfaction Date means, with respect to any Asset Review, the first date on which (a) the Delinquency Percentage for any Payment Date exceeds the Delinquency Trigger and (b) a Noteholder Direction with respect to such Asset Review has occurred.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Satisfaction Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6.

  • Licence Conditions means the licence terms and conditions contained in this document, as amended from time to time in accordance with this agreement.

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Congenital Condition(s) means (a) any medical, physical or mental abnormalities existed at the time of or before birth, whether or not being manifested, diagnosed or known at birth; or (b) any neo-natal abnormalities developed within six (6) months of birth.

  • Property Condition Report means a report prepared by a company satisfactory to Lender regarding the physical condition of the Property, satisfactory in form and substance to Lender in its sole discretion.
