Data Management Platform definition

Data Management Platform or “DMP” means a technology platform used for collecting and managing data, mainly for digital marketing purposes. It allows Ad Networks to generate audience segments, which are then used to target specific users in online advertising campaigns.
Data Management Platform means SimioCloud’s proprietary, cloud-based data management platform from which SimioCloud provides the Services. SimioCloud Data means all data, excluding Client Data, and other deliverables sourced, derived or created by SimioCloud using the Data Management Platform, provided to Client by SimioCloud pursuant to providing Client any one or more of the Services it provides to Client hereunder and provided for Client’s use as permitted by this Agreement.
Data Management Platform is the Intelligent Transport System that contains a number of functions related to mobility that can be expressed in various integrated Apps and Web / App portals that make up the functionality required to operate and utilise the DaR service. These functions may include passengers booking trips, paying for trips, observing the location of their vehicle, submitting complaints, Primary Operator scheduling and cash management, operational reports, Driver waybills, DaR users database management etc.;

Examples of Data Management Platform in a sentence

  • During the term of the applicable SOW, Client hereby grants to SimioCloud a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable worldwide license to use Client Data solely for purposes of providing the Data Management Platform Services to Client in accordance with this Agreement.

  • To improve the efficiency of the Services to all passengers, the Data Management Platform may require the rescheduling of a passenger’s travel request so as to co-ordinate the trip with other passengers.

  • Bookings shall be accepted on a first come first served basis, through the Data Management Platform user interface.

  • The Operator will not be responsible for managing the actual database, but it will be made accessible to the Operator via the Data Management Platform for purposes of, amongst other things, receiving passenger booking requests.

  • Such information and reports may be generated through the use of the Data Management Platform but must be overseen by the Operator.

  • A diagram in Figure 2 illustrates the relationship between the Data Management Platform and the other components.

  • The smart phone must be able to support the City DaR App which is linked to the Data Management Platform.
