Data Plan definition

Data Plan means the connectivity provided pursuant to a contract, directly between you and the applicable Network Provider, to your Vehicle by a Network Provider;
Data Plan means a plan that we provide that allows you to use a fixed monthly amount of data for a fixed price and includes an excess usage charge if you exceedthe allowance. Default means an act or omission that:

More Definitions of Data Plan

Data Plan means a certain scope of AVO simfree Services available for the Account Holder for the defined period of time on conditions prescribed in the AVO simfree Application.
Data Plan means any one of the prepaid data plans made available by the Company from time to time and in respect of which a Data Allowance is provided by the Company to the Customer for a pre- determined fee, for use over a fixed period of time in the countries identified in that plan and on the Terms set out in this Agreement.
