Data Policy Notice means the Bank’s general policy on disclosing customer information ( including any personal data) as set out in any statements, circulars, notice or other communications or terms and conditions the Bank has provided to the Customer; “DBS Group” includes the Bank and its Affiliates together with any of their respective successors and assigns;
