Data Record definition

Data Record means a record of either: (a) Consumption Data; (b) Regenerative Braking Data; or (c) GPS Data, as the case may be, in respect of each 5-minute period during a Journey or Non-Journey;
Data Record means electronic data recorded with related meta-data supporting the processing of the data;
Data Record means each separate, individual digital data record which is used, referenced or accessed by the Licensed Products;
