Datum Line definition

Datum Line means the last day of the scheduled month of expiry of completion period (i.e. 18 months) from the date of signing of Agreement or handing over of site whichever is later.
Datum Line means an assumed surface used as a reference for the measurement of heights and depths.
Datum Line means the amount shown in Schedule 1. Amount Outstanding
