Dealer Receivable definition

Dealer Receivable means each Receivable which was originated by the Seller or an Affiliate of the Seller with the involvement of a Dealer.
Dealer Receivable means a Receivable originated by a Dealer and acquired by CFSC from such Dealer.
Dealer Receivable means each Receivable which is not a Direct Receivable.

Dealer Receivable means, with respect to any Vehicle, all of Seller’s right, title and interest in, to and under any Dealer payment for a Vehicle under the Sales and Service Agreement as well as all related rights of the Seller in, to and under the Sales and Service Agreement.
