Decommissioning Activities definition
Decommissioning Activities means those licensed activities required for the decommissioning of the authorised development;
Decommissioning Activities means activities enabling the Cimarron Site to be safely removed from service, including site visits and inspections by NRC, to reduce residual radioactivity to a level that permits release of the Cimarron Site for unrestricted use and termination of the Cimarron License, or release of the Cimarron Site under restricted conditions and termination of the Cimarron License.
Decommissioning Activities means the work on the Project to remove improvements on the Property and to otherwise comply with the County’s decommissioning requirements and the Decommissioning Plan submitted by the Developer.

More Definitions of Decommissioning Activities
Decommissioning Activities means the decommissioning activities described in Section 5 of Schedule B to this Land Law;
