Dedicated Capacity definition

Dedicated Capacity means the historically calculated service capacity, by modality, adjusted for the projected expansion or reduction in services, which the Contractor agrees to make available to provide non-DMC substance use disorder services to persons eligible for Contractor services.

Dedicated Capacity means the historically calculated service capacity, by modality, adjusted for the projected expansion or reduction in services, which the Contractor agrees to make available to provide non-Drug Medi-Cal substance use disorder services to persons eligible for Contractor services.

More Definitions of Dedicated Capacity

Dedicated Capacity means [ * ] of the total available fill-plus-lyophilization dates (total available is estimated to be between [ * ] per year) on the Facility’s high-potent product line in any year during the Term of this Agreement.

Dedicated Capacity means the capacity of the Project Facilities dedicated to each Project Participant as set forth below in section 7.3.

Dedicated Capacity has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.2 of this Agreement.

Dedicated Capacity means the cGMP Manufacturing capacity exclusively dedicated to Customer for Brammer’s delivery of Services under this Agreement and, as provided in Section 2.1(ii), Services (as defined in S ection 1.38 of the DMSA) under the DMSA, in each case, through the GMP Suite and general processing areas, during the Term corresponding to the periods for which Customer pays the applicable Capacity Access Fee pursuant to S ection 4.3 and as more specifically described in Appendix C, for Brammer’s Manufacture of Product.

Dedicated Capacity has the meaning set forth in Section 3(b).
