Dedicated Equipment definition

Dedicated Equipment means any equipment, instrument or machinery used by ImmunoGen exclusively in the manufacturing of Preclinical Materials or Clinical Materials.

Dedicated Equipment means all equipment used by Producer exclusively for the production of the Purchaser Products, including any equipment identified by the Parties as Dedicated Equipment from time to time.

Dedicated Equipment means the capital equipment identified on the Project Document as “Dedicated Equipment”.

• For the avoidance of doubt: In the event that Customer leases Dedicated Equipment, such lease will be an operational lease and payment of Service Charges shall not constitute any transfer of ownership of such Dedicated Equipment to Customer.

• Producer shall be responsible for qualifying the Dedicated Equipment, and for maintaining the Dedicated Equipment consistent with its practices as in effect from time to time with respect to manufacturing equipment serving its other business units.

More Definitions of Dedicated Equipment

Dedicated Equipment means any equipment or machinery exclusively used by ImmunoGen in the manufacturing of Drug Substance.

Dedicated Equipment means any equipment dedicated to the use of the Customer by STL and whether exclusively or in conjunction with other customers and not intended to be purchased by or in the physical possession of the Customer;
