Dedicated Equipment definition

Dedicated Equipment means any equipment, instrument or machinery used by ImmunoGen exclusively in the manufacturing of Preclinical Materials or Clinical Materials.

Dedicated Equipment means all equipment used by Producer exclusively for the production of the Purchaser Products, including any equipment identified by the Parties as Dedicated Equipment from time to time.

Dedicated Equipment means any equipment or machinery exclusively used by ImmunoGen in the manufacturing of Drug Substance.

Examples of Dedicated Equipment in a sentence

• Unavailability of Dedicated Equipment due to Customer's information content or application programming, acts of Customer or its agents, or events of Force Majeure shall not be deemed System Unavailability for the purpose of this Commitment.

• Customers will not receive credits for unaffected Services or Dedicated Equipment.

• Dedicated Equipment shall be deemed to be unavailable if the Dedicated Equipment is not responding to response requests issued to the Dedicated Equipment’s Operating System by Hosted Solutions' monitoring software due to either a failure of the hardware or the Dedicated Equipment operating system software.

• Credits will not apply to data transfer charges or to charges for services other than the Monthly Recurring Fee for the affected Dedicated Equipment for which this Commitment was not met.

• If Customer experiences Service Unavailability due to failure of Dedicated Equipment, Company will credit Customer five percent (5%) of the monthly recurring base fee paid by Customer for the specific affected service for every one (1) hour of downtime per month after the initial two hundred and sixteen (216) minutes of Service Unavailability.

More Definitions of Dedicated Equipment

Dedicated Equipment means the capital equipment identified in a Project Plan that is dedicated for use in the provision of the Services.

Dedicated Equipment means any equipment dedicated to the use of the Customer by STL and whether exclusively or in conjunction with other customers and not intended to be purchased by or in the physical possession of the Customer;
