Dedicated Server Hosting definition

Dedicated Server Hosting means that Customer will use a dedicated physical or virtual server for some or all services ordered. These dedicated server(s) will not be made available to any other Lux Scientiae Customers for their own use; i.e., they will not be shared with any other Customers.
Dedicated Server Hosting means the Equipment and the operating system situated thereon and does not include the network infrastructure connected to the server. Additionally, if you retain ROOT or ADMIN privileges or equivalent, You and G3MIT will work together to determine the cause of the service-impacting event, and this Service Level Agreement will not apply unless G3MIT's sole negligence causes the event. Dedicated Server Hosting Availability will be measured by utilizing monitoring software to measure the availability of your Dedicated Server Hosting. The Dedicated Server Hosting will be deemed available if the Dedicated Server Hosting is responsive to standard ICMP or SNMP requests. If during any three (3) month period, Dedicated Server Hosting Availability for any two (2) months falls below 100%, then you are entitled to a credit of ten percent (10%) of the Monthly Fee for the Dedicated Server Hosting on the applicable Service Order, for each of the two months during which the Dedicated Server Hosting Availability guarantee was not met. Hosted VoIP Availability‌ The Hosted VoIP service for which you have contracted with G3MIT will be operational and available to you 100% of the time during the term of the Service Order ("Hosted VoIP Availability"). For any single phone with dial tone unavailability, a Priority 2 service ticket will be entered by a G3MIT monitoring system or a G3MIT staff member. For any instance of multiple phones with dial tone unavailability, a Priority 1 service ticket will be entered. As used herein, "Hosted VoIP" means the provisioning of uninterrupted dial tone service at the hosted VoIP switch in the G3MIT Data Center and does not include the network infrastructure or internet connection to which any softphone or handset is connected. Hosted VoIP Availability will be measured by monitoring Software to measure the availability of your VoIP service. The Hosted VoIP service will be deemed available if the VoIP hosting equipment is responsive to standard ICMP or SNMP requests. If, during any calendar month period, Hosted VoIP Availability falls below 100%, then you are entitled to a credit of ten percent (10%) of the Monthly Fee for the affected Hosted VoIP service on the applicable Service Order for the calendar month in which G3MIT failed to meet the Hosted VoIP Availability guarantee. Related to Dedicated Server Hosting

  • Hosted Services means any cloud-based services, hosted service (including hosted services relating to the Licensed Software), software as a service, or other Internet or network-based services provided under the Agreement.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Servers means the servers established, installed and operated by Licensee within the Territory only for the service of Game to End Users in the Territory.

  • Dedicated FX Traffic means those calls routed by means of a physical, dedicated circuit delivering dial tone or otherwise serving an End User’s station from a serving Central Office (also known as End Office) located outside of that station’s mandatory local calling area. Dedicated FX Service permits the End User physically located in one exchange to be assigned telephone numbers resident in the serving Central (or End) Office in another “foreign” exchange, thereby creating a local presence in that “foreign” exchange.

  • Hosted Service means a technology service hosted by or on behalf of Graylog and provided to Customer and governed by “Hosted Service Terms”

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Customer Content means any content that is uploaded onto the Services by Customer or otherwise used on or in connection with the Software.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.
