Hosting Equipment definition

Hosting Equipment means the servers upon which the Hosted Application is stored and operates, together with other tangible and intangible system components used by Supplier (and any Subcontractors of Supplier) to provide the Services under this AGREEMENT, including, but not limited to: all computer hardware and other equipment (including associated attachments, features, accessories, peripheral devices, front end devices and the like); and (B) telecommunications hardware and other equipment (including private branch exchanges, multiplexors, modems, CSUs/DSUs, hubs, bridges, routers, switches and the like).
Hosting Equipment means the server hardware, server-resident computer software, telecommunications or other network communications, and other equipment connecting the Hosting Environment to the World Wide Web, Internet or other suitable communications services as are commercially reasonable and necessary to provide Customer with access to the Hosting Environment in accordance with Exhibit E.
Hosting Equipment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(A) of this Hosting Agreement.

Examples of Hosting Equipment in a sentence

  • Licensor shall provide GE with the Application Services described in the Order Document and in connection with the Application Services, Licensor shall at all times throughout the Term, host, operate and maintain: (a) the Hosted Application; (b) the Hosting Equipment; and (c) the Systems Software, in compliance with the Specific Application Services and Hosting Services Requirements below.

  • Upon the termination or the expiration of this Agreement or an applicable Service Order, MacStadium will (a) return any and all data or content to you or your User(s), and (b) decommission the Hosting Equipment and permanently erase all content stored on it.

  • In order to provide Customer with commercially reasonable access to the Software, AgencyPort and Customer will periodically schedule the complete or partial shutdown of the Hosting Equipment for maintenance, bug fixes, Updates, or other reasons ("Scheduled Maintenance"), no more than quarterly.

  • The Hosting Service, which includes Remote Hands, is available at the primary data centre subject to the following terms.• The Customer must comply with the Hosting Services Guide.• The availability and use of the Hosting Service is subject to the Third Party Providers and the agreements Cboe has with them.• Cboe willo install and maintain the cross connects from the demarcation point into the Customer Hosting Equipment and from the Customer Hosting Equipment to the Cboe Systems.

  • X Backup and Recovery Services Provide backup and recovery for Hosting Equipment and Hosting Software.

  • Provider will offer all baseline technology upgrades without an increase in charges to Investors; provided, however, that Investors will purchase or lease any necessary upgrades to Investors-Owned Equipment (and equipment used by Provider exclusively to provide the Services specified in Schedule X to Investors, hereinafter “Web Hosting Equipment”) and Provider will purchase or lease any necessary upgrades to Shared Use Assets and Provider Assets (except for the Web Hosting Equipment).

  • As between the parties, the Hosting Equipment will at all times be the property of AgencyPort.


More Definitions of Hosting Equipment

Hosting Equipment means the Server Hardware, cables, routers, switches and other hardware that MacStadium makes available to you as specified in a Service Order. “Server Hardware” means all internal server components, including processors, chassis, network cards, memory, hard drives, storage and power supplies.

Related to Hosting Equipment

  • Operating Equipment means furniture, furnishings, special lighting fixtures, carpeting, draperies, decorations or other special finishing work, signs, appliances and trade fixtures and equipment that is furnished, installed or used by the Contractor in its operations on the Airport. It does not include Fixed Improvements, or repair or maintenance of Operating Equipment or Fixed Improvements or displays or decorations that are of a seasonal or temporary promotional nature.

  • Metering Equipment means all metering equipment installed at the metering points designated in the appropriate appendix to an Interconnection Service Agreement.

  • Existing Equipment means any items of existing plant or equipment owned or controlled by either Pur- chaser or End-User upon which Supplier is required to perform Services.

  • Building Equipment shall have the meaning set forth in the Security Instrument.

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Fuel burning equipment means any furnace, boiler, apparatus, stack and all associated equipment, used in the process of burning fuel.

  • Designated Equipment means any equipment designated in the SLA, upon which the Licensed System may be used; Documentation means operating manuals and other printed materials which assist the Customer to use the Licensed System including any technical and user software material as published by Pentana Solutions; Escalation Request is as set out in the SLA;

  • Leased Equipment means the computers, servers, machinery and equipment and other tangible personal property leased by Seller for use in the operation or conduct of the Business.

  • Voting equipment means electronic or electro- mechanical voting systems, voting devices, and auto- matic tabulating equipment as defined in s. 101.5603, as well as materials, parts, or other equipment neces- sary for the operation and maintenance of such systems and devices, the individual or combined retail value of which is in excess of the threshold amount for CATE- GORY TWO purchases provided in s. 287.017.

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • Gaming Equipment means any and all gaming devices, gaming device parts inventory and other related gaming equipment and supplies used in connection with the operation of a casino, including (without limitation), slot machines, gaming tables, cards, dice, chips, tokens, player tracking systems, cashless wagering systems, electronic betting systems, mobile gaming systems and associated equipment which are located at the Casino Components, owned or leased by Operating Company or Mortgage Borrower and used or useable exclusively in the present or future operation of slot machines and live games at the Casino Component, together with all improvements and/or additions thereto.

  • Excluded Equipment means (i) defibrillators, enhanced emergency medical kits and other medical equipment, (ii) airphones and other components or systems installed on or affixed to the Airframe that are used to provide individual telecommunications or electronic entertainment to passengers aboard the Aircraft, (iii) galley carts, beverage carts, waste containers, liquor kits, food tray carriers, ice containers, oven inserts, galley inserts, and other branded passenger convenience or service items, (iv) any items, equipment or systems leased by Company or any Permitted Lessee (other than items, equipment, or systems that are leased from Company pursuant to the applicable Lease) or owned by Company or any Permitted Lessee subject to a conditional sales agreement or a security interest (other than the security interest granted under the Indenture), and (v) cargo containers.

  • BT Equipment means any equipment, including any Software, owned by or licensed to BT Group that is located at a Site for the provision of a Service.

  • Data Processing Equipment means any equipment, computer hardware, or computer software (and the lease or licensing agreements related thereto) other than Personal Computers, owned or leased by the Failed Bank at Bank Closing, which is, was, or could have been used by the Failed Bank in connection with data processing activities.

  • Computer equipment means Covered Property that is electronic computer or other data processing equipment, including peripherals used in conjunction with such equipment, and electronic media and records.

Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • New equipment means equipment for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • School equipment means a durable school-owned machine, equipment, or tool used by a student as part of an activity, course, or program in a secondary school and includes a saw or 3D printer. “School equipment” includes a saw or 3D printer.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Fixtures and Equipment means, with respect to any Person, all of the furniture, fixtures, furnishings, machinery and equipment owned or leased by such Person and located in, at or upon the Assets of such Person.

  • Property, Plant and Equipment means any item of real property, or any interest therein, buildings, improvements and machinery.

  • Control equipment means equipment necessary for the setting and/or unsetting of an immobilizer.
