Dedicated Trails definition

Dedicated Trails shall be those trails identified as the same on the Final Open Space and Trails Plan which are to be dedicated to the Town.

  • Upon completion of field verification and within 90 days, JAC shall convey to the Town, one or more relocatable easements for the location, construction, improvement, maintenance, repair, and replacement of the Dedicated Trails.

  • The Dedicated Trails depicted on the Final Open Space and Trails Plan are conceptual in nature and are intended to ensure that key connections between the Town, existing neighborhoods, the Project, and surrounding properties are maintained.

  • Except for the Town, which shall be permitted to construct trail connections within the proposed easements for the Dedicated Trails, nothing contained herein shall be deemed to authorize any other person or party to enter upon any portion of the Public Active Open Space or use the same other than JAC or any other applicable Owner prior to creation and conveyance of the Public Active Open Space to the Town.

  • More specific alignments of the Dedicated Trails within each portion of the FDP Properties will be determined at the time of first final subdivision platting of any portion of the Project, and those alignments shall be depicted on the applicable final subdivision plat(s), subject, however, to an appropriate plat note indicating the relocatable nature of the easement containing the Dedicated Trails.

  • In the event that any change in the as-constructed location of the Dedicated Trails occurs such that the Town’s then-current easement grant does not include the as-constructed location of the Dedicated Trails, or any portion thereof, then JAC shall amend the Dedicated Trails Easement as necessary to grant the Town comparable easement rights for the as-constructed location of the Dedicated Trails.

  • Actual field-constructed alignments of the Dedicated Trails will be evaluated at the time of construction against site constraints such as wetlands, steep slopes, and rock outcroppings, and following construction, the Dedicated Trails may thereafter be relocated from time to time to facilitate forest management, construction, and maintenance activities so long as reasonably equivalent substitute trails are provided.

  • The Dedicated Trails shall include the following approximate locations, widths, and uses.

  • JAC and the Town shall flag the rough locations of the Dedicated Trails.

  • The Town shall maintain facilities located within Dedicated Trails and parcels.

  • The Town shall maintain facilities located within Dedicated Trails and parcelsPublic Active Open Space.

Related to Dedicated Trails

  • Dedicated Transport means CenturyLink transmission facilities between Wire Centers or switches owned by CenturyLink, or between Wire Centers or switches owned by CenturyLink and switches owned by CLEC, including, but not limited to, DS1, DS3, and OCn-capacity level services, as well as Dark Fiber, dedicated to a particular End User Customer or carrier.

  • Critical infrastructure means existing and proposed systems and assets, whether physical or virtual, the incapacity or destruction of which would negatively affect security, economic security, public health or safety, or any combination of those matters.++

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.

  • Dedicated means equipment and personnel com- mitted to oil spill response, containment, and cleanup that are not used for any other activity that would make it difficult or impossible for that equipment and personnel to provide oil spill response services in the time frames specified in this chapter.

  • Limited common areas and facilities means those common areas and facilities

  • Dedicated FX Traffic means those calls routed by means of a physical, dedicated circuit delivering dial tone or otherwise serving an End User’s station from a serving Central Office (also known as End Office) located outside of that station’s mandatory local calling area. Dedicated FX Service permits the End User physically located in one exchange to be assigned telephone numbers resident in the serving Central (or End) Office in another “foreign” exchange, thereby creating a local presence in that “foreign” exchange.

  • Project Highway means the Site comprising the existing road {, proposed bypasses and tunnels} forming part of [NH-** from km ** to km **] and all Project Assets, and its subsequent development and augmentation in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • Drilling unit means the area fixed for the drilling of one well by order or rule of any state or federal body having authority. If a Drilling Unit is not fixed by any such rule or order, a Drilling Unit shall be the drilling unit as established by the pattern of drilling in the Contract Area unless fixed by express agreement of the Drilling Parties.

  • Roads means streets, roads, and highways.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Critical Energy Infrastructure Information means all information, whether furnished before or after the mutual execution of this Agreement, whether oral, written or recorded/electronic, and regardless of the manner in which it is furnished, that is marked “CEII” or “Critical Energy Infrastructure Information” or which under all of the circumstances should be treated as such in accordance with the definition of CEII in 18 C.F.R. § 388.13(c)(1). The Receiving Party shall maintain all CEII in a secure place. The Receiving Party shall treat CEII received under this agreement in accordance with its own procedures for protecting CEII and shall not disclose CEII to anyone except its Authorized Representatives.

  • Key Project Personnel means the persons named in Schedule I (Key Project Personnel) and any replacement(s) approved by the City in accordance with ARTICLE 7;

  • Planning area means a planning area or a development area or a local planning area or a regional development plan area, by whatever name called, or any other area specified as such by the appropriate Government or any competent authority and includes any area designated by the appropriate Government or the competent authority to be a planning area for future planned development, under the law relating to Town and Country Planning for the time being in force and as revised from time to time;

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Trained personnel means knowledgeable in the following through instruction and/or practice:

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Power plant means a facility for the generation of

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

  • Stations means the Owned Stations and the Contract Stations.

  • Electrical Fitter means an employee who is mainly employed in the workshops manufacturing, fitting, and repairing electrical instruments, machines, and apparatus. Electrical fitting in this definition shall include armature and transformer winding, and people solely engaged in making and repairing instruments. The legitimate possession of a certificate of competency in this particular class of work issued by the Electrical Licensing Board under the Electricity Act 1994 shall be recognised as proof of efficiency.

  • Business Area means an adjacent area that is zoned by a state, county, township, or municipal zoning authority for industrial or commercial purposes, customarily referred to as "b" or business, "c" or commercial, "i" or industrial, "m" or manufacturing, and "s" or service, and all other similar classifications and that is within a city, village, or charter township or is within 1 mile of the corporate limits of a city, village, or charter township or is beyond 1 mile of the corporate limits of a city, village, or charter township and contains 1 or more permanent structures devoted to the industrial or commercial purposes described in this subdivision and that extends along the highway a distance of 800 feet beyond each edge of the activity. Each side of the highway is considered separately in applying this definition except that where it is not topographically feasible for a sign or sign structure to be erected or maintained on the same side of the highway as the permanent structure devoted to industrial or commercial purposes, a business area may be established on the opposite side of a primary highway in an area zoned commercial or industrial or in an unzoned area with the approval of the state highway commission. A permanent structure devoted to industrial or commercial purposes does not result in the establishment of a business area on both sides of the highway. All measurements shall be from the outer edge of the regularly used building, parking lot, or storage or processing area of the commercial or industrial activity and not from the property lines of the activities and shall be along or parallel to the edge or pavement of the highway. Commercial or industrial purposes are those activities generally restricted to commercial or industrial zones in jurisdictions that have zoning. In addition, the following activities are not commercial or industrial:

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • Basement means any area of the building having its floor subgrade (below ground level) on all sides.

  • Interconnector means a transmission line which crosses or spans a border between Member States for the purpose of connecting the national transmission system of those Member States or a transmission line between a Member State and a third country up to the territory of the Member States or the territorial sea of that Member State;
