Defects List definition

Defects List means the list of defects as agreed upon by the Parties during the Hand-over Inspection;
Defects List means the list setting out the defects, prepared by the Purchaser;
Defects List has the meaning given in Article 6, Clause 1.15;

  • If the Contractor fails to remedy any defects and/or complete any incomplete work in accordance with the Defects List for Substantial Completion, the Consultant shall notify UNICEF and instruct the Contractor to immediately (and within no longer than 2 days) comply with the Defects List for Substantial Completion.

  • RECTIFICATION OF DEFECTS A defects liability period of 30 (thirty) days shall commence on the date that the Defects List is agreed upon.


More Definitions of Defects List

Defects List means a list of the Defects or outstanding works in the Building Works as at Practical Completion;
Defects List means the list of Snags as agreed upon by the Parties during the Hand-over Inspection;
