Delay Fee definition

Delay Fee shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 3(a) hereof.
Delay Fee means a daily charge per share of Registrable Securities, calculated at the rate of 6% per year (based on a 365 day year) on the aggregate Market Value, as of the first date of any period for which the Delay Fee is applied, multiplied by the number of Registrable Securities that each Investor holds on the relevant date (subject to equitable adjustment in the case of securities other than Common Stock).
Delay Fee means an amount equal to a percentage of the Manufacture Fee due Manufacturer from Alnylam for a delayed Batch, as specified in Section 4.10(b).

  • If the Equipment is not available, you will be subject to pay a Post-Closing Delay Fee.

More Definitions of Delay Fee

Delay Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.1(b).

Delay Fee means the fee payable (per day) by the Contractor to XX Xxxxx Group for Services performed after the Completion Date, where the Delay has not been caused by a circumstance described in clause 8(a) of this Agreement, and shall not exceed $XX per day.

If Tenant fails to remedy the specified default within ten (10) Business Days of such notice, a Delay Fee in the amount of $100 (except in the case of utilities under section 4.6 of this Lease, for which it shall accrue at $500 per day), not to exceed $25,000.00 in the aggregate for any one specified default, shall be paid by Tenant for each day the specified default remains uncured beginning on the date of the Minor Default Notice. The amount of the Delay Fee and the aggregate cap shall each increase by 10% on the tenth (10th) anniversary of the Commencement Date and on each tenth (10th) thereafter. Demand for a Delay Fee by Landlord, and payment thereof by Tenant, shall not preclude or delay the Landlord from bringing an action for specific performance for the same Minor Default.
Delay Fee means all costs (including, but not limited to hourly rates) incurred by Annric Bulk Haulage due to delays (including, but not limited to delays in accessing the delivery site) encountered by Annric Bulk Haulage that are caused by the Client.

Demand for a Delay Fee by Landlord, and payment thereof by Tenant, shall not preclude or delay the Landlord from bringing an action for specific performance for the same Minor Default.
Delay Fee means all costs (including, but not limited to hourly rates) incurred by Crookston due to delays (including, but not limited to delays in accessing the work site) encountered by Crookston that are caused by the Client.
