  • The Delegated Function to grant an application for Advocacy Assistance will apply to all proceedings for which it is available, as specified in Sections9 to 13.

  • Delegated Function Exercised in Accordance with Terms A function, the exercise of which has been delegated under this clause, may, while the delegation remains unrevoked, be exercised from time to time in accordance with the terms of the delegation.

Delegated Function means a core business function that CHPW is required to perform, which a subcontractor is authorized to perform on CHPW’s behalf pursuant to a written agreement, and that requires robust ongoing oversight to ensure compliance with applicable Compliance Requirements.
