Delivery Lead Time definition

Delivery Lead Time means the lead times referred to in these Terms or in any Delivery Plan;
Delivery Lead Time means the time specified in the Price List, commencing on receipt by the Supplier of a Purchase Order as specified in clause 4.3, by which Delivery must be effected.
Delivery Lead Time is measured with respect to a Purchase Order as the number of calendar days from Order Acknowledgement to the time of Delivery, and except as otherwise provided in this MSA, shall be [***] with respect to all Products available as of the Effective Date.

Delivery Lead Time is measured with respect to a Purchase Order as the number ofcalendar days from Order Acknowledgement to the time of Delivery, and except as otherwise provided in this MSA, shall be 10 weeks with respect to all Products available as of the Effective Date. Exhibit 10.16
