Delivery Protocol definition

Delivery Protocol means the terms of Schedule 11.
Delivery Protocol shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 6.1.
Delivery Protocol. Any protocol signed by the Grantor and the Concessionaire confirming the date and the time of delivery by the Grantor to the Concessionaire of the particular cadastre parcels that are part of Project Sites, Staging Areas, or Inundated Areas, as the case may be, with the right to possess and use such parcels without disturbance and without Encumbrances.

  • The Parking Spaces will be deemed delivered to the Lessee as of the date of execution of the Delivery Protocol in accordance with Clauses 3.1.2 or 3.1.4 above.

Delivery Protocol means the document confirming hand over of the Equipment by Seller and acceptance of the Equipment by Customer at the day of realized delivery.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.
