Demand Costs definition

Demand Costs are the demand related costs developed for each Party for the billing month under Exhibit V.
Demand Costs means the legal costs incurred by Us to issue a letter of demand to You if your Account remains unpaid for a period of 28 days from the due date, being $150.00 plus GST as at the date of this Agreement;
Demand Costs means those costs associated with the maximum load requirement of a customer, such as kilowatt or kilo-volt amperes, and which are typically represented by the electric utility's investment in generating units, transmission facilities and the distribution system.
