Demand Purchase Option definition

Demand Purchase Option means, during any Daily Rate Period or Weekly Rate Period, the provision of a Group of 2021 Series A Variable Rate Bonds for purchase of any 2021 Series A Bond of such Group upon the demand of the owner thereof as described in Section 802 of Appendix A hereto.
Demand Purchase Option means the option granted to Owners of Bonds to require that Bonds be purchased prior to the Conversion Date pursuant to Section 5.04 hereof.
Demand Purchase Option means, during any Daily Rate Period or Weekly Rate Period, the provision of a Group of 2024 Series B-1/2 Variable Rate Bonds for purchase of any 2024 Series B-1/2 Bond of such Group upon the demand of the owner thereof as described in Section 802 of Appendix A hereto, and during any ARRS Rate Period or VRO Rate Period, the provision of a Group of 2024 Series B-1/2 Variable Rate Bonds for purchase of any 2024 Series B-1/2 Bond of such Group upon the demand of the owner thereof as described in Sections 802 and 902 of Appendix A hereto.

Examples of Demand Purchase Option in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the notice requirements contained in the first sentence of this paragraph may be deemed satisfied with respect to a transferee of a Bond which has been purchased pursuant to the Demand Purchase Option under certain circumstances provided in Section 4.06 of the Indenture, after such Bond has previously been called for redemption, notwithstanding the failure to satisfy the notice requirements of the first sentence of this paragraph with respect to such transferee.

  • The 2021 Series C-1 Bonds shall bear interest, payable in arrears, initially at the applicable Fixed Rate set forth below and from and after any Interest Method Change Date at the rates determined as provided in Sections 201, 301, 401, 501, 601 and 701 of this Appendix A, as applicable, and shall contain the Mandatory Purchase Provision and Demand Purchase Option set forth in Sections 801 and 802 hereof, respectively, as applicable.

  • Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, an Owner of a Bond shall not be entitled to exercise the Demand Purchase Option described herein if there shall have occurred any Event of Default in respect of which the principal of all Bonds Outstanding shall have been declared immediately due and payable under the Indenture and such declaration shall not have been annulled.

More Definitions of Demand Purchase Option

Demand Purchase Option means during a Weekly Rate Period, the provision of the applicable Series of the 2003 Bonds for purchase of any such Bond upon the demand of the owner thereof as described in the Resolution.
Demand Purchase Option means the option granted to Owners of Bonds, while the Bonds bear interest at the Daily Rate or the Weekly Rate, to require that Bonds be purchased pursuant to Section 4.02 hereof.
Demand Purchase Option means the option of Owners to have their Bonds purchased in accordance with the Indenture.
Demand Purchase Option means the provision of the 2005 Bonds for purchase of any 2005 Bond upon the demand of the owner thereof as described in the Resolution.
Demand Purchase Option means the option granted to Owners of Bonds to require that Bonds be purchased prior to the Conversion Date in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Section 5.04 of this Indenture.
