Derivative Account definition

Derivative Account. As defined in the related Indenture Supplement, if applicable.
Derivative Account. The separate trust account created and maintained by the Derivative Administrator, and held within the Supplemental Interest Trust, pursuant to the Derivative Administration Agreement.

More Definitions of Derivative Account

Derivative Account means the segregated non-interest bearing trust account, which shall be an Eligible Account, established and maintained pursuant to Section 18 hereof and entitled “The Bank of New York Mellon, as Indenture Trustee for the Nationstar Mortgage Advance Receivables Trust Advance Receivables Backed Notes, Derivative Account”. The Derivative Account is a Trust Account.
