Design loan definition

Design loan means an assistance agreement to fund design activities that will result in biddable, permittable plans and specifications for an eligible construction project. Design/build projects are not eligible for a design loan. Additionally, a planning document defining the scope of the project to be funded must have been accepted by the Department. The requirements for an acceptable planning document are described in subsection 62-503.700(2), F.A.C.

  • Design flow means the average annual flow or average daily flow specified in an approved facilities plan or approved plans and specifications, the flow specified in a WPDES permit, or the flow required to meet performance standards.
