Designated Builder means any Builder that is designated by Declarant as a “Designated Builder” in a supplemental declaration or in a written notice given by Declarant to the Association and by such designation receives certain rights as expressly provided in this Declaration.

More Definitions of Designated Builder

Designated Builder means any Person who (i) is engaged in the business of constructing and selling residences in the Property to the public, (ii) has acquired one or more Lots in connection with and in the course of such business, and (iii) is designated by Declarant in a Recorded instrument as a Designated Builder entitled to enjoy the rights and privileges provided to Designated Builders under this Declaration.
