Designated Technical Support Personnel definition

Designated Technical Support Personnel means the Customer’s technical contacts that are trained subject matter experts on the SaaS System and the Software made accessible therewith and which have been identified in writing to PTC by Customer.
Designated Technical Support Personnel means the technical contacts that are trained subject matter experts on the Hosted Software and who have been identified in writing to PTC by Customer. The “Downtime Percentage” shall equal the result obtained by dividing (1) the aggregate number of minutes of Transaction Outages during such quarter by (2) the aggregate number of minutes in such quarter.
Designated Technical Support Personnel means the technical contacts that are trained subject matter experts on the Hosted Software and which have been identified in writing to PTC by Customer.
