Downtime Percentage definition

Downtime Percentage means (a) for purposes of determining the Downtime Percentage for the Gathering System, an amount equal to the quotient of (i) the sum of all daily losses (in MMBtu) for the Gathering System for the applicable period divided by (ii) the sum of (y) the amount (in MMBtu) of the total deliveries of Dedicated Production for the applicable period and (z) the sum of all daily losses (in MMBtu) for the Gathering System for the applicable period and (b) for purposes of determining the Downtime Percentage for an Individual System, an amount equal to the quotient of (i) the sum of all daily losses (in MMBtu) for such Individual System for the applicable period divided by (ii) the sum of (y) the amount (in MMBtu) of the total deliveries of Dedicated Production for such Individual System for the applicable period and (z) the sum of all daily losses (in MMBtu) for such Individual System for the applicable period.
Downtime Percentage means, with respect to any Facility Segment during the Applicable Month, an amount equal to the quotient of (a) the aggregate number of Downtime Hours during the Applicable Month, divided by (b) the total hours during the Applicable Month.
Downtime Percentage means, with respect to any Individual System during a specified period, an amount equal to the quotient of (a) aggregate of the hours during which such Individual System was unavailable to provide Services during such period divided by (b) the total hours during the applicable period.

More Definitions of Downtime Percentage

Downtime Percentage means the percentage below the Monthly Uptime Percentage that the Shape Software has not been available in such period. For example, if the Monthly Uptime Percentage is 99.5% and the Shape Software has been available in such period 98% of the time, the Downtime Percentage is 1.5%.
Downtime Percentage means 99.5% minus the actual Monthly Uptime Percentage in any calendar month.
Downtime Percentage shall equal the result obtained by dividing (1) the aggregate number of minutes of Transaction Outages during such month by (2) the aggregate number of minutes in such month (excluding the aggregate number of minutes of any scheduled maintenance performed during Scheduled Downtime that would otherwise have qualified as a Transaction Outage if it was not performed during Scheduled Downtime). Subscriber may apply such credit against any outstanding or future User Subscription Fees during the then current Subscription Term or any Renewal Term. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Subscriber must make a written request for a credit under this provisions within five business days after the end of the applicable Transaction Outage and if Subscriber fails to so request a credit, no credit shall be due to Subscriber.
Downtime Percentage shall equal the result obtained by dividing (1) the aggregate number of minutes of Transaction Outages during such quarter by (2) the aggregate number of minutes in such quarter.
Downtime Percentage is calculated as follows: Total number of minutes of Downtime in the calendar month x 100% Total number of minutes in the calendar month “Monthly uptime percentage” or “uptime” is calculated by subtracting downtime percentage from 100%. Service Commitment PacHosting makes a commitment in providing 99.95% uptime SLA for all services. In the event PacHosting failed to meet the commitment, Subscriber will be eligible to receive a SLA Credit as stated below. SLA Credits SLA Credits apply only to fees paid for the particular service or service add-ons which uptime has not been met. SLA credits do not apply to domain registration, SSL certificate and other License service. The SLA Credit payable in any month will be calculated as follows: Downtime percentage x Monthly fee x 2 Maximum refund of the month equals to one-month monthly subscription fee. Mode of Credit The SLA Credit will be paid by crediting the amount of such refund to the Subscriber account fee and subscriber may apply this SLA credits to future charges of the relevant account.
Downtime Percentage means unavailable time divided by time available (based upon a day of 12 hours). "Unavailable time" is time involved while a hardware or software component of the System is inoperative or operates inconsistently or erratically or is in the process of being maintained or repaired. For purposes of this Section, no more than one consecutive weekend day of downtime in any weekend shall be counted as Unavailable time.
